Responsibilities
- Constantly focus on improvement of the production process from the engineering, EHS, quality, productivity, cost efficiency aspect.
- Follow-up daily progress of continuous improvement program.
- Communicate to global engineering team focus on product/production improvement, including the ECR/ECN/Bom handling.
- Manage the production know-how/product documents/drawings/ process flows/ SOP/ BOM/tools/fixture development etc.
- Execute NPI assignments on time, support prototype build.
- Professional and in-time support the shop floor production process.
- Support process problem solving / root cause analysis.
- Support resolution of in-process quality issues.
- Study production know-how and develop operator's knowledge and workmanship.
- Other duties assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of mechanical and electrical engineering required or relevant engineering background.
- Above 3 years' work experience in related fields, mining industry preferred.
- Skillfully read mechanical drawing, able to generally understand the industrial hydraulic and pneumatic system.
- Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments.
- Proficient in using Microsoft software (Word/Excel).
- Fluent in English.
